Responsibilities:
- To oversees three (3) to four (4) Collantotte outltets.
- Report to headquarter on staff performance and sales/outlets performance.
- Supervise sales promoter and PIC of assigned outlets to achieve sales and operational targets.
- To ensure stocks in counter is matching with market demand.
- To ensure sale and promotion plans are executed.
- Ensure counter is well presented with proper marketing POP at all times.
- Build rapport and liaise with departmental store and complex operational PIC.
- Any other assignment as direct by immediate superior as and when required.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in supervisory level.
- Able to lead and manage a small team.
- Strong organization, leadership, good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Based in retail outlet.
- Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Sales – Retail/General or equivalent.
Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- SPM and able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia & English
- Preferably experience in retail industry
- Willing to work on shift and during weekends and public holidays
- Training will be provided
Responsibilities:
- Managing sales target by monitoring sales performance and executing sales mechanism.
- Lead and manage a team of retail staff to produce the best performance.
- To prepare monthly staff duty roster and managing staff discipline.
- Managing products – product mix, stock level and stock movement (turn).
- Handle the overall shop operations and ensure consistency in the standard of retail operations.
- Monitor/conduct training to staff (sales and supervisory).
- Any other assignments as directed by immediate superior as and when required.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience at managerial level in retail industry.
- Able to manage and lead more than 30 retail staff to achieve its operational targets.
- Dynamic & tactful with strong leadership and people management skills.
- Hands-on result-oriented to meet the operations goals.

- Products display and manage display tools and fixtures.
- Safeguarding the stock and its integrity.
- Products knowledge and training to the Product Assistants.
- Liaise with Buyer (HQ) on defective items and report to Asst Shop Manager for logistics/documentation.
- Rooming at shop to supervise Product Assistants and problem solving.
- Liaise with Product Executive for supports and feedback.
